Cancellation Policy

TREC Law Booking Policy 1. Introduction This policy outlines the procedures for scheduling and managing attorney consultation appointments at TREC Law. The purpose of this policy is to ensure efficient appointment scheduling, client satisfaction, and effective utilization of attorney resources. 2. Appointment Scheduling • Initial Consultations: Initial consultations may be scheduled through the following methods: ○ Online booking system ○ Telephone ○ Email • Follow-up Consultations: Follow-up consultations can be scheduled during the initial consultation or by contacting the office. • Appointment Confirmation: Clients will receive an appointment confirmation, including date, time, attorney's name, and contact information. 3. Appointment Duration • Standard initial consultation appointments are 30 minutes. • Longer appointments may be available upon request and subject to attorney availability. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling • Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours in advance by calling/texting 470) 610-5778 or emailing admin@treclaw.com. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee of 99 in the event the service is not used. • Booked services must be used within 30 days and if not used are subject to a partial refund less the cancellation fee of $99 for booked services. • No-shows may result in a fee of $99 and may affect future appointment scheduling. 5. Fees • Initial consultation fees are included with the booked service. Please refer to your specific retainer for additional service requirements. • Fees for service are due at the time of the consultation. Your consultation and service will automatically be cancelled in the event of a chargeback. 6. Attorney Availability • Attorney availability may vary based on caseload and other commitments. • TREC Law will make every effort to accommodate client scheduling needs. 7. Confidentiality • All information discussed during consultations is confidential and subject to attorney-client privilege. 8. Amendments This policy may be amended from time to time at the discretion of TREC Law.
