By providing texting via your mobile phone number to TREC Law, you consent to receive text message communications from us regarding your legal matter or inquiry. These communications may include updates, appointment reminders, requests for information, and other messages directly related to the services you have requested.

• No Marketing: Please be assured that TREC Law will never use your mobile phone number for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit and separate consent. We will commit not to transfer consumer data to any external organization for any purpose. We will not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

• Response Only: Our text message communications will be solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiries and providing updates related to your legal matter. If you chose this method, our communications will be infrequent, once or twice a week but only if you message us first. We prefer email and other modes of communication.

• Opt-Out: You can withdraw your consent to receive text messages at any time by replying to any message with the word "STOP". After you send "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed and you will no longer receive text messages from us.

• Message and Data Rates May Apply: Message frequency varies. Depending on your mobile carrier plan, message and data rates may apply to the text messages you send and receive. Please contact your mobile carrier for details.

• Your Privacy: Your mobile phone number will be handled with the same care and respect as all other personal information, as outlined in the rest of our Privacy Policy. We will not share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
